A. Job description:
- Scout directors, propose timeline and prepare production cost
- Work closely with the crews to manage quality and timeline of the projects
- Manage internal teams in projects
- Find and select suitable suppliers for projects
- Manage, track production costs during production
- Identify and solve any problems that arise during the production process
- Create a good working environment and ensure that everything runs smoothly
B. Job requirements:
- At least 3 -5 years experience in video production
- Time and project management skills, problem solving skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Good at using English
- Leadership, coaching, communication and collaboration skills to recruit, negotiate, supervise and manage people
- Knowledge of technical aspects of production
